cancellation policy

 

* if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact as soon as possible to do so 

a late cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment is subject to a late cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service

a "no call/no show" to your booked appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service total, and will require a non-refundable deposit to rebook appointments in the future

*as emergencies do happen, we will do our best to accommodate you during those times

late arrivals

 

If you are late to your appointment, it will result in either a shorter service time or the appointment may need to be rescheduled entirely. Certain treatments require the entire booked time to complete the service properly, and a late start may compromise the integrity of the service. 

returns/refunds

 

Unused, non-damaged items may be returned within 21 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded to original form of payment or credit. Returns will not be accepted after 21 days.

 

There are no refunds issued on services. If you are unhappy with your service, please do not hesitate to reach out so the situation can be addressed.

Service packages/series are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

new clients

 

A client information and treatment consent form will be sent electronically upon booking. The form must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

lash extensions


A no-charge lash fix can be provided within 72 hours of your lash extension appointment if considered necessary. Any appointments beyond 72 hours will be subject to a fee depending on the booking. Please notify your esthetician if there are any concerns that need to be resolved after your appointment.
